취소, 환불, No-show 규정
- 감독 서비스 비용 납부 기한은 시험일 일 주일 전이며, 학교와 감독관 간에 시험 관련 사항이 조율되고 비용을 납부하신 이후에는 시험 취소 및 No-show로 인한 환불이 불가능합니다.
- 감독 서비스 비용은 학교 및 교육기관에서 정해진 시간만큼 책정되며, 분당이 아닌 시간당 비용으로 계산됩니다. 시험 당일 조기 퇴실 사유로의 환불은 불가능합니다. 학교 또는 기관에서 정한 실제 시험 시간이 납부된 시간보다 길 경우, 추가 요금을 시험 시작 전까지 지불해야 합니다.
- 시험 센터의 문제를 제외한 어떤 이유로든 응시일을 변경할 경우 시험 3일 전(업무일 기준)까지 요청해야 합니다.
- 시험을 반복적으로 취소하거나 일정을 변경하는 응시자는 예약 비용을 추가 지불하도록 요청받거나 향후 한미교육위원단에서의 시험 응시가 불가능할 수 있습니다.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy
- The deadline for payment of the proctoring service fee is one week before the scheduled exam date. Once the exam details are coordinated between the school/institution and the proctor and the payment has been made, refunds for cancellation or no-show are not available.
- Proctoring service fees are based on a predetermined exam duration set by the school/institution, and are calculated on an hourly basis. Refunds for early dismissal on the exam day are not available. If the exam duration confirmed by the school or institution exceeds the paid duration, additional fees will apply.
- If a candidate wants to change the exam date for any reason other than a test center issue, reschedule should be made at least 3 working days before the scheduled exam date.
- A candidate who cancels or reschedules exams repeatedly may be asked to pay additional administration fees or may be barred from taking proctored exams at KAEC.
