The Korean-American Educational Commission (KAEC) Test Center provides proctoring services for students currently enrolled at universities in the United States and other countries who are residing in Korea.
Examinations may be administered in either paper-based or computer-based formats and are conducted in a secure and standardized testing environment. All examinations are administered and monitored in strict accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the student’s university or institution.
Test-takers wishing to use proctoring services must first obtain proctoring approval from their school or institution, and are requested to discuss the test schedule with Fulbright Korea at least two weeks prior to the test date and coordinate in advance so that the designated proctor can receive the test materials beforehand.

This testing center strictly adheres to the professional standards and guidelines of the National College Testing Association (NCTA). The Fulbright Korea Testing Center provides all test-takers with a more credible and secure testing service based on a rigorous assessment environment that meets global standards.
