Many test takers often feel nervous when encountering an unfamiliar testing environment or going through the check-in process for the first time.
Since exam day can already be stressful, becoming familiar with the test center beforehand can help you feel more prepared and confident.
What does the test center look like?
How does the check-in process work on test day?
To help answer these questions, we have created a YouTube video tour of the KAEC Test Center.
Through this video, you can explore the testing facilities and learn how the check-in process is conducted for computer-based exams such as TOEFL and GRE.
Exams including SAT, AP, CLEP, and ACT are administered in the same testing environment, so reviewing the test center shown in the video may help you better prepare for your exam day experience.
Please note that specific policies — including identification requirements, permitted materials, prohibited items, and other regulations — may vary by exam.
For detailed testing policies, please refer to each exam’s official website.
This video was filmed and produced by one of our proctors who is currently preparing for a career as a broadcast announcer.
If you happen to meet this proctor on your test day, feel free to say hello and let them know you enjoyed the video!
If you found this video helpful, please subscribe to the KAEC YouTube channel and give the video a “Like.”
If you have any questions about the KAEC Test Center, you are also welcome to leave comments on the video. We plan to create additional videos addressing frequently asked questions about test center procedures in the future.
You can also experience the KAEC Test Center in advance through our VR Tour.
KAEC remains committed to providing a smooth and comfortable testing environment for all examinees.
